Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment to process financial transactions, understand customer needs, and provide excellent customer experience. You will be part of the frontline of TD Canada Trust, building deep and long-lasting relationships with customers.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include processing financial transactions, responding to customers’ concerns, achieving assigned goals, and promoting banking solutions. You will also be responsible for delivering quality customer experiences and recommending operational improvements.

Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet
- A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities
- A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills
