Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will process financial transactions, understand and determine customer needs, and respond to customer concerns. You will work in a fast-paced environment, exercising initiative and being accurate and detail-oriented. You will also connect with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.

Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet
- A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented
- A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills
