Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust, you will be the frontline of TD Bank, building deep and long-lasting relationships with customers by performing a broad range of customer service transactions and providing information and advice on services, products, and solutions. You will understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote products and services, while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will process financial transactions, understand and determine customer needs, respond and resolve customers’ concerns, achieve assigned goals and business objectives, and deliver quality customer experiences.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet
  • A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented
  • A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills
