Role Overview
The role is part of the Personal & Commercial Banking line of business, and the colleague will work in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. The colleague will be responsible for mentoring a team, meeting customer demands, and collaborating with One TD partners to provide a legendary customer experience.
What You Will Do
The colleague will mentor a team, meet customer demands, collaborate with One TD partners, support frontline staff, coach the team, lead the team, administer daily branch administrative duties, maintain customer-facing areas, and help build a fair, positive, and equitable environment.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- Over 3 years of relevant work experience
- Sound knowledge of processes management, business, and operational functions including banking solutions and concepts
- Proficiency in software tools including MS Office, and internet application
- Tactful and diplomatic communicator
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Dynamic leader with strong influential skills
