Role Overview

The Business Development Associate is responsible for supporting a team of Business Development Officers that identify, market, and sell loan products to the small business and regional commercial marketplace. The Business Development Associate provides sales, deal analysis and process support to Business Development Officers in a defined region. In this position the Business Development Associate is well versed in all aspects of the front end and closing processes of the bank.

What You Will Do

Participates in the development of close working relationships with internal bank partners as well external COI’s in conjunction with BDO activities. Works with the BDO towards completing narratives, workbooks and other documentation necessary to submit a loan application to credit. Manages all aspects of closing approved lending requests and executes specific requirements as appropriate.
