Role Overview

As Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process by ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of orders and customer inquiries. This position involves daily order booking, margin control, and the preparation of offers based on predefined criteria. The specialist monitors backlog reports, delivery blocks, and ETA requests, while also managing complaints in collaboration with European internal sales and after-sales teams.

What You Will Do

Responsible for the daily booking of orders as well as the efficient and professional processing of all internal and external inquiries in our ticket system. Order processing and management, independent margin control, preparation of offers based on predefined specifications, monitoring and control of backlog reports, delivery blocks, ship and debit conditions, and processing of ETA requests.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar administrative support role.
  • Solid understanding of order processing workflows, including booking, margin control, and backlog monitoring.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and ticketing tools for handling internal and external inquiries.
  • Basic knowledge of sales support processes, including quote preparation and complaint handling.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
