Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, collaborative, and business-minded Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Director of FP&A and department leaders across Research & Development (R&D) and Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) to drive effective financial planning, performance management, and decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, management reporting, or a related role.
• Experience supporting month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, operating expenses, variance analysis, and financial planning concepts.
• Experience partnering with department managers and presenting financial information to non-finance audiences.
• Knowledge of internal controls and audit processes; experience with J-SOX is preferred.
• Experience preparing financial schedules or statements for tax reporting is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP, planning, and reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Power BI is preferred.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
