Role Overview
The Financial Analyst – Plant Operations will support the Adelberg plant by providing accurate reporting, financial analysis, and decision support for plant operations.
What You Will Do
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for plant operations performance reviews, analyze weekly and monthly variances, and support corrective actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required
- Several years of relevant finance or accounting experience; operations finance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel
- Ability to leverage AI tools in day to day tasks (Copilot, ChatGpt..)
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
