Sales Operations Analyst IV – Remote

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst IV will support the organization’s analytics modernization, Power BI reporting, AI enablement, and data governance initiatives. This role will help drive the transition to OneData, Power BI, and AI-enabled business insights while supporting commercial leaders with actionable analytics and reporting solutions.

What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support commercial and business performance tracking. Analyze commercial performance data to identify trends, drivers, exceptions, and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, finance, reporting, or a related analytical role
• Experience creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data manipulation, and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple business data sources
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Ability to communicate analytical findings and business insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
