Role Overview
The Sales Ops Analyst II will work with the Industrial Business Unit to analyze market conditions, manage production schedules, and adjust production sites. The role requires a native-level Japanese speaker with excellent communication skills in English. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or production planning.
What You Will Do
The Sales Ops Analyst II will obtain customer demand information, analyze market conditions, and manage production schedules and adjustments. The role involves domestic and foreign production site adjustments, customer requirements collection, capacity analysis, and proposal preparation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3 years or more of work experience in sales, sales assistant, customer service, etc.
- Native-level Japanese speaker
- TOEIC 650 or higher
- Experience in production and delivery management/production planning in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in the industrial machinery parts industry
- Knowledge and experience in customer care
- Experience with SAP
