Role Overview
As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, optimisation and ongoing administration of Teach First’s Salesforce platform and associated applications.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for configuring and administering Salesforce environments, designing effective and scalable solutions, managing junior colleagues, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements
- extensive experience configuring and administering Salesforce environments
- strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its standard features
- proven experience working across the full solution lifecycle
- ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions
- experience managing, mentoring or supporting the development of junior colleagues
- strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders
- experience working within Agile delivery environments
