Sales Operations Coordinator

We’re hiring: Sales Operations Coordinator at Team Axis 🚀

At Team Axis, closing the deal is only half the job. The other half is making sure every event is delivered exactly as promised: the right people, the right gear, in the right place, on time.

I’m looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to be the execution arm behind our sales team. You’ll turn confirmed projects into well-run events for schools, corporates and government agencies across Singapore.

What you’ll do

✅ Coordinate trainers, facilitators and support staff, including last-minute replacements

✅ Brief event staff on scope, client expectations and contingency plans

✅ Conduct site recces to catch issues before event day

✅ Prepare event-specific packing lists and manage logistics, transport and equipment

✅ Lead on the ground on event day: setup, staff, timeline and real-time troubleshooting

✅ Keep clients updated on logistics, changes and risks before they escalate

✅ Use AI tools like Claude to draft packing lists, briefing notes, manpower schedules and client updates

Who we’re looking for

🔹 1 to 3 years in events, operations or logistics coordination (sales-ops or client-facing ops a plus)

🔹 Comfortable with fieldwork, including early mornings, weekends and physical setup/teardown

🔹 Organised, calm under pressure and a clear communicator

🔹 Able to juggle manpower, logistics and client comms on the same day

🔹 Dynamic, hungry, a team player who works well independently

What success looks like

Zero manpower no-shows, packing lists with no mid-event scramble, and clients who hear about a problem from us before they have to ask.

📍 Office plus on-site fieldwork | 🕘 9:30am to 6pm, with some evening/weekend work depending on events
