As Senior Manager – Customer Onboarding & Implementation, you’ll lead a specialist team responsible for delivering seamless, consistent, high-quality onboarding from deal won to live operations.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership experience in customer service / CX / onboarding environments
  • Confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders
  • A sharp commercial mindset balanced with customer advocacy
  • Ability to drive structured delivery, governance and continuous improvement
  • Experience in freight/logistics or complex operational environments (desirable)
