Requirements
- Strong leadership experience in customer service / CX / onboarding environments
- Confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders
- A sharp commercial mindset balanced with customer advocacy
- Ability to drive structured delivery, governance and continuous improvement
- Experience in freight/logistics or complex operational environments (desirable)
