Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with prior team management experience
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end influencer campaigns
• Strong understanding of influencer metrics, campaign analytics, and ROI measurement
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience using influencer marketing and analytics platforms such as CreatorIQ, Upfluence, GRIN, or similar tools
