Role Overview
The APD Financial Analyst supports the financial management and oversight of Advance Planning Document (APD) activities to help ensure compliance with CMS-approved federal funding requirements. This position works closely with the APO Finance Manager, ITD Finance, and DHB Budget teams to assist with tracking Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) project expenditures, monitoring budgets, and supporting financial reporting activities.

Responsibilities include gathering cost estimates from project teams and stakeholders, monitoring project expenditures, identifying potential budget concerns, and assisting in the analysis of financial data.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
