Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Overview

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in building systems, processes, and data infrastructure that support our growth across Canada. You’ll serve as the operational architect behind our marketing and revenue ecosystem, ensuring that marketing efforts seamlessly connect to sales outcomes and that our teams have the tools, data, and processes they need to deliver personalized, high-impact experiences to business leaders.

What You Will Do

You will design and optimize campaigns, workflows, integrations, reporting, and processes across the revenue lifecycle. You’ll have the opportunity to build scalable systems during an exciting period of growth and transformation as TEC Canada integrates with Vistage.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing and sales operations, ideally within a complex or consultative sales environment.
• Experience building reporting dashboards and analyzing marketing and sales performance data.
• Experience managing CRM integrations and maintaining data quality across multiple systems is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with privacy regulations such as CASL and GDPR is an asset.
