Join our IT team as a trusted partner to the CFO, Management Board, and business leaders worldwide. Drive financial planning, performance management, business partnering, and strategic decision support.

What You Will Do

Lead Group budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, develop planning models and scenario analyses, provide financial insights for strategic decisions, drive performance management and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Controlling and broader Finance leadership roles.
• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, performance management and business partnering.
• Proven leadership experience in an international industrial environment.
• M&A and post-merger integration experience is an advantage.
