Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to strengthen our acquisition and demand generation strategy. This person will have a strategic role in the evolution of our campaigns, directly managing paid media, optimizing the inbound funnel, and analyzing data to drive results.
What You Will Do
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns, manage investments in media, develop strategies for qualified lead generation, manage and optimize the inbound funnel, and analyze campaign data to present recommendations for optimization of investments and results.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Propaganda, Administration, or related areas
- Solid experience in performance media, with direct action in managing investments in campaigns
- Experience in generating B2B leads, preferably in technology or SaaS companies
- Advanced knowledge in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Knowledge in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Experience in data analysis, spreadsheets, and Looker Studio
- Knowledge in copywriting for performance and A/B tests
- Experience in using artificial intelligence tools applied to the Marketing routine, with a focus on analysis, creation, and automation
- Analytical, strategic, proactive, and execution-capable profile
