Head of Growth & Business Development | SEO, AI, GEO & B2B

Role Overview

We are looking for a person with experience in digital business growth, ecommerce, SEO and commercial development to lead a new stage of expansion of a established digital company.

What You Will Do

Design and execute the integral growth strategy, manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, develop SEO and organic acquisition strategies, optimize funnels, conversions and retention, manage budgets and optimize CAC, LTV and ROAS, experiment with new acquisition channels.

Requirements

• Reside in Uruguay, preferably in Montevideo
• Experience in scaling digital businesses, ecommerce or online platforms
• Solid knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience in affiliates, partnerships and commercial development
• Knowledge of the SEO ecosystem and webmaster communities
• Experience in B2B business development
• Knowledge of AI applied to marketing, SEO and automation
• Familiarity with GEO and new search forms using AI
• Experience with Stripe, WooCommerce and subscription models
• Analytical capacity and orientation to results
