Analytics Engineer

As an Analytics Engineer, you play a crucial part in bridging business needs and technical solutions by translating data requirements into detailed solution designs & models and guide external Data Engineers towards effective delivery.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with Data Product Managers, Analytics Engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and assess impact
  • Translate requirements into solution designs and end‐to‐end data flows
  • Present and review solution designs with Data Architects and Tech Leads
  • Conduct source-to-target analyses (S2T), identifying gaps in source data and documenting required transformations using Agentic AI.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and cost-efficient, embedding quality by design.
  • Explore, build, and maintain Agentic AI solutions
  • Define data quality checks and maintain clear, reusable documentation
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers during delivery. Handshake solution designs with external Data Engineers, confirm readiness for refinement and perform intermediate reviews during delivery.
