People Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The People Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and employee-focused HR operations and office administration support for the Korea organization.

What You Will Do

Manage end-to-end onboarding administration, offboarding administration, probationary review administration, maintain employee data, prepare HR reports, administer attendance and leave processes, coordinate recruitment and training, and support office administration and health and safety activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a comparable role, preferably within a multinational or fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing onboarding, offboarding, probationary reviews, employee records, HR systems, attendance, overtime, leave, and recruitment coordination.
• Strong HRIS and employee-data management capability, with experience maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, conducting data checks, and resolving discrepancies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent Korean and business-level English, with clear written and verbal communication skills for a regional, cross-cultural environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple recurring processes and deadlines independently.
• High standards of confidentiality, accuracy, ownership, responsiveness, customer service, and professional judgment, including appropriate escalation of sensitive or compliance-related matters.
