Role Overview
The objective of the position is to promote the profitable growth of Telpark’s B2C Electric Charging business in Spain, converting the commercial strategy into concrete actions on pricing, activation, product, and improvement by city and parking.
What You Will Do
Analyze income, recharges, energy, utilization, loads per socket and day, average ticket, conversion, recurrence, and margin. Propose and execute corrective actions by city, parking, and type of charger. Accelerate the ramp-up of new installations and expansions.

The person will be responsible for the commercial performance of the country and will coordinate with Marketing, Product, Customer Care, and Operations the necessary initiatives to improve income, utilization, conversion, recurrence, and margin.
Requirements
- University degree in ADE, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in Go-to-Market, commercial performance, product marketing, growth, pricing, or revenue management
- Experience in B2C businesses with digital and physical network components
- Ability to work with KPIs of income, utilization, conversion, recurrence, and margin
- Good Excel skills and reporting tools; experience with Power BI is valued
- Experience in mobility, energy, parking, automotive, retail, or digital platforms is valued
- Languages Spanish high and English high Portuguese valued
Benefits
- Fixed salary of between 40,000€ and 45,000€ gross per year, depending on experience and knowledge
- Variable remuneration of 15%
- Flexible entry time between 8:00 and 9:30, with a minimum of 30 minutes for lunch
- Intensive workday every Friday of the year, from 8:00 to 15:00
- Intensive workday during the summer period, from the last week of June to the second week of September
- One day of remote work per week, in addition to the periods of Christmas and Easter
- 22 days of vacation and 5 additional days Telpark
