Manager, 1:1 Communications Measurement & Growth

Join the Communications & Personalization team and help drive the future of marketing innovation at TELUS. As the Manager, 1:1 Communications Measurement & Growth, you will own the measurement and reporting discipline for 1:1 communications across channels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing measurement, reporting, analytics, CRM, lifecycle marketing, 1:1 communications, campaign optimization, or a related field
• Proven ability to own measurement end-to-end: defining how performance should be measured, what data is needed, and how results should be interpreted to drive decisions
• Strong reporting and data fluency, with hands-on experience in Looker, Tableau, or similar tools with the ability to guide the team in turning analysis into clear business insight
