Role Overview
An experienced Data & Analytics Engineer to join a growing technology function within an established organisation, taking ownership of key data and analytics initiatives and influencing technical direction.
What You Will Do
Lead the design and delivery of complex data and analytics solutions, develop scalable data pipelines, models and reporting solutions, and drive improvements in data architecture, quality and performance.

Requirements
- Proven experience owning complex data products and solutions across multiple business areas
- A track record of setting technical standards and influencing the work of other engineers
- Strong Python, PySpark and SQL development skills
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud-based data platforms, particularly Databricks
- Strong business intelligence and data visualisation experience, ideally with Power BI
- Experience with data architecture, modelling, governance and performance optimisation
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership
