Lead architecture and delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce solutions, design customer data architectures, and implement AI-powered customer engagement solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes
• Deep expertise across Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Agentforce, Customer 360, Identity Resolution, Customer Segmentation & Activation, and Cross-cloud Salesforce Architecture
• Experience designing customer data models, unified customer profiles, data Cloud ingestion and harmonisation strategies, AI-powered workflows, and enterprise-scale customer engagement architectures
