FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The finance team is responsible for accounting and analysis, providing financial and commercial analyses, and creating long-term company plans. The team collaborates across teams, creates budgets and forecasts, and ensures a smooth accounting year-end process.

What You Will Do

The FP&A Manager will lead annual planning and monthly forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and monitor the implementation of corrective measures. They will also evaluate results across areas such as sales, margins, costs, or inventory, and seek ways to optimize.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a university education in economics, experience in finance (at least 3 years), and excellent knowledge of Czech and English. They will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, and active, logical, and analytical thinking.

Requirements

• University education in economics
• Experience in finance (at least 3 years)
• Excellent knowledge of Czech, both spoken and written
• Communicative knowledge of English at least B2 (part of daily work)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Active approach, logical, and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
