Communications Manager – Focus Digital Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Communications Manager to focus on digital marketing and sales-focused communications. The position is based in Denton, Texas, and involves working across digital channels and subject areas to generate demand and leads for Tetra Pak’s end-to-end portfolio of food processing, packaging, and services solutions.

As Communications Manager, you will support development of global integrated marketing communications programs, manage digital communications channels and tools, direct and strategic involvement with trade shows and other events, and lead development of marketing collateral.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and a passion for leveraging communications expertise to drive business growth, engagement, and results
• Experience working with, and managing, external agency relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
• 5+ years of B2B marketing communications experience
• Expertise in digital communications and lead generation tools, methods and trends; experience with Pardot and Salesforce strongly preferred
• Collaborative mindset to establish good working relationships with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with native proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pull and analyze digital marketing data to drive meaningful change
• Capability of managing multiple projects in parallel
• Ability to travel up to 15% of time
• The ability to lift more than 25 pounds
• Comfortable working events and trade shows
