Director, FP&A & Business Operations

Role Overview

The Director, FP&A & Business Operations will be the CFO’s right-hand person and a reliable business partner for the rest of the organization. The role involves owning the TetraScience financial model, managing the information flow around the leadership team, and supporting global resource planning.

What You Will Do

The Director will own the financial model, run the monthly flash and month-end close process, and support global resource planning. They will also manage the company’s financial planning cycle, coordinate the agenda for the leadership team meeting, and collect inputs for metric reporting.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting, and will be fluent with AI tooling. They will also have strong technical skills, including expert financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets, and demonstrated ownership of an executive or board-level operating cadence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a comparable quantitative field
• 7 to 10 years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking or consulting
• Expert financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets
• Working command of SaaS metrics
• Demonstrated ownership of an executive or board-level operating cadence
• Hands-on AI fluency
• Reading fluency in NetSuite or a comparable ERP, and in Salesforce
• BI tooling such as Looker, Tableau or Sigma, and SQL, are useful but not required
