AI Growth Engineer (Marketing & Automation)

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Growth Engineer who combines technology, AI, and a growth mindset to turn business problems into working solutions. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in building and implementing technological solutions with a measurable business goal.

What You Will Do

As an AI Growth Engineer, you will have a wide range of responsibilities including building and implementing AI-powered solutions for Marketing, Growth, and Sales, designing and building AI agents and workflows, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT on quick go-to-market for new campaigns, products, and experiments.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for someone who can come up with a hypothesis, quickly build a PoC, release it to production, measure the results, and decide: stop, iterate, or scale the initiative. We prefer to test a good hypothesis in a few days rather than spend a few weeks designing a perfect solution that has not been verified yet.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in building and implementing technological solutions that had a measurable business goal.
• Have documented implementations – we are looking for someone who can show solutions they built, launched, and developed themselves.
• Have practical experience with LLM and API AI models – OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar.
• Have experience in building AI agents, working agents, and automation using AI.
• Be able to integrate systems through APIs and webhooks.
• Have experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
• Be able to program and build your own solutions – JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python.
• Be able to independently conduct a project through the full cycle: problem → hypothesis → PoC → production → measurement → scale-up.
• Be able to evaluate models, tools, and AI architectures in terms of quality, cost, speed, and scalability.
• Understand the basics of growth and digital marketing: funnel, conversion, acquisition, activation, retention, CAC.
• Have practical knowledge of AI-assisted development and tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
