FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our team, who can turn financial data into clear, practical insights to help the business make better decisions.

What You Will Do

You will analyse costs against budgets and forecasts, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and create reports and dashboards to help leaders understand business performance.

Requirements

• Experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling or a similar finance role
• Experience using advanced Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling, pivot tables and complex formulas
• Understanding of accounting principles such as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (UK GAAP)
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences
