Marketing CRM Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing CRM Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining segmentation and workflows in HubSpot, safeguarding data hygiene and compliance, and supporting more senior CRM team members in designing increasingly complex targeting logic.

Key responsibilities include segmentation and list management, campaign delivery and quality assurance, data hygiene and compliance, and reporting and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on CRM or marketing automation experience
• In-depth HubSpot knowledge
• Experience improving CRM data quality, contact management, and consent processes
• Good understanding of email compliance, including GDPR and PECR
• Ability to turn CRM reporting into clear recommendations
• Experience creating guidance and training to help colleagues use the CRM effectively
• Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail
