Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing the S&OP team, including facilitating the planning process, driving improvements to the process, and aligning the final plan with organizational goals. The team’s work spans the full value chain, supporting farmers, customers, and communities every day. The role is performance-driven, people-powered, and encourages growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Manage capacity on a monthly and quarterly basis, translate sales and operations plan into a monthly production plan, establish and measure capacity levels, assemble and publish reports regarding performance, and compile raw materials demands.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5-7 years’ relevant experience required
