Role Overview

The Big Table Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work in London, with a hybrid working arrangement. The role involves working across CRM, apps, SEO, websites, digital advertising, and online listings to create joined-up digital experiences.

What You Will Do

The Digital Marketing Manager will plan and deliver full-funnel digital marketing activity, manage activity across CRM, email, SMS, apps, SEO, websites, paid search, paid social, and online listings, and develop effective customer journeys.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience across a mix of CRM, apps, SEO, websites, digital advertising, and online listings
• Experience delivering digital activity across different stages of the customer journey
• Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms
• Knowledge of app marketing, loyalty programmes, push notifications, or mobile customer journeys
• Experience across paid search, paid social, and other digital advertising channels
• A strong understanding of SEO, digital analytics, campaign tracking, and test-and-learn approaches
• Experience managing websites/CMS platforms and online listings such as Google Business Profile
• Strong analytical and commercial skills
• Confidence managing multiple projects, brands, channels, and priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative, curious, and proactive approach with great attention to detail
