Role Overview
As a Data Scientist in the FDE team, you will find, build, and deliver data science and AI solutions to the business’s hardest, highest-value problems. You will partner with business customers to surface high-value data science and AI opportunities, build rapid proofs-of-concept on live data, and apply data science, machine learning, and AI techniques to deliver measurable outcomes.
What You Will Do
You will partner with business customers, build rapid proofs-of-concept, apply data science and AI techniques, work alongside AI tooling, coach and enable business users, and follow good engineering, data science, and AI governance practice.

Requirements
- Around 3+ years’ hands-on experience delivering data science, machine learning or AI solutions in complex, fast-paced environments.
- A degree in a quantitative field (e.g. computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, physics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python (and/or R) and SQL, with the ability to build and maintain data pipelines and models.
- A proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into working, data-driven solutions and to communicate results clearly to non-technical audiences.
- A customer-centric, pragmatic mindset with a bias for rapid value delivery and end-to-end ownership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills — able to build trust and work autonomously when embedded with the business.
- A continuous-learning mindset, comfortable using AI tooling to accelerate delivery.
