Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead sales team members, develop sales programs, and set and meet KPIs.
What You Will Do
Hire new sales officers, create KPIs, collaborate with marketing and upper management, attain growth and hit sales KPIs, develop relations with customers, and present reports.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of sales experience, a background in developing sales pitches and processes, and strong communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 7+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of a leadership role in sales
- Background in developing sales pitches and processes in Finance & Accounting Services sector
- Financial recruitment background essential but not compulsory
- Willing to travel and attend seminars
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good ability to train people
