Role Overview

The Program Associate will build strong talent and market intelligence to help the Talent Acquisition team identify the right talent faster. This involves researching talent markets, mapping organisations and teams, building high-quality candidate pools, and maintaining a ready database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

What You Will Do

The Program Associate will perform tasks such as talent research, market mapping, candidate pool development, search support, talent intelligence, research notes, data management, and reporting.

Requirements

  • up to 3 years of experience in research, recruitment, talent acquisition, consulting, market research, operations, or a similar role
  • strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of information
  • proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort using LinkedIn and online research tools
  • ability to organise information systematically and identify patterns from research
  • clear and concise writing skills and ability to communicate findings effectively
  • curiosity, persistence, and comfort working across multiple assignments
