This strategic position is responsible for driving occupancy, pipeline management, and sales leadership across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • High-energy, entrepreneurial, and people-first individual
  • Sales experience in a startup, coworking, or related field
  • Deep knowledge of the local real estate and business landscape
  • Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage financial forecasts and impact the P&L
