Role Overview

The Part Sales Manager plays a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. They will assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees, and maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.

Responsibilities include leadership, communication, metrics-mindedness, process orientation, teamwork, parts sales and inventory management, safety and compliance, commercial account support, and problem-solving.
