As a Part Time Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. You will assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team. You will maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.

Your responsibilities will include leadership, communication, metrics-mindedness, process orientation, teamwork, parts sales & inventory management, safety & compliance, commercial account support, problem solving, and resolving customer concerns and store operational issues.
