Role Overview

AutoZone’s Parts Sales Manager drives sales performance, fosters a high-performing team, and ensures exceptional WOW! Customer Service. This role is part of the Store Management team, which oversees store operations, team development, and customer service excellence in the automotive retail field.

What You Will Do

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards. Lead parts sales and inventory management efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels. Manage commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.

Requirements

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink
• Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly
