Role Overview

AutoZone’s Parts Sales Manager drives sales performance, fosters a high-performing team, and ensures exceptional WOW! Customer Service. This role supports the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees, while monitoring sales goals and inventory accuracy. The position is based in Dallas, TX, and is full-time.

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards. Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Enforce safety compliance and assist in managing commercial and hub departments.
