Role Overview

AutoZone’s Parts Sales Manager drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. This role is key in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience in the automotive retail field.

What You Will Do

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards. Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink. Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
