What You Will Do

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards. Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Enforce safety compliance and support commercial account operations.
