AutoZone’s Parts Sales Manager drives sales performance, fosters a high-performing team, and ensures an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. This part-time role is part of the Store Management team, supporting store operations and team development under the Store Manager’s guidance.

What You Will Do

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards. Manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency. Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
