What You Will Do

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards. Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
