Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst will be the numbers engine behind a fast-growing business, partnering directly with leadership on everything from monthly reporting to fundraising.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain the company’s operating model, including annual budget, rolling forecasts, and monthly actuals vs. plan reporting. Create dashboards and KPI reporting that give leadership a real-time view of growth, burn, and runway.

Requirements
- 2+ years in corporate FP&A, budgeting/forecasting, or high-intensity finance
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into simple, persuasive narratives in both slide decks and live presentations
- Advanced Excel and Tableau skills are a must
- Comfort leveraging AI tools like Claude to solve problems quickly and efficiently
