Role Overview

This role will be responsible for driving financial planning, business performance management, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting across our global operations.

Key responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, business finance & profitability management, financial reporting, MIS & analytics, accounting, financial controls & reconciliations, cash flow & working capital management, financial modeling & strategic decision support, and team leadership & finance transformation.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in Accounting, Business Finance, FP&A, Budgeting, and Management Reporting
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and financial accounting principles
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Experience developing executive-level MIS reports and financial dashboards
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities
• CA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance, or equivalent relevant qualification
• Background in IT Services, Software Consulting, or Professional Services
• Experience supporting multi-country operations and global financial reporting
• Understanding of project-based revenue, resource utilization, and services profitability
• Exposure to Power BI, financial planning tools, and automated management reporting
• Experience partnering directly with CEOs, CFOs, and business unit leaders
