Role Overview

The Customer Experience Specialist will deliver high-quality live chat support to UK-based business clients and end-users, managing AI-powered chat systems, resolving customer issues, and supporting onboarding and platform adoption.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include operating and fine-tuning AI-powered live chat systems, continuously improving chatbot flows, and analysing engagement data to optimise automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client support or B2B sales roles
• Direct experience supporting or selling to UK-based clients
• Confident communicator with clear, persuasive and professional English
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with live chat platforms and CRM dashboards
