Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will drive lead generation, campaign execution, and social media management while operating fully remotely during UK working hours. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building marketing pipeline, nurturing prospects into sales conversions, and tracking marketing performance against ROI, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
What You Will Do
Design, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing content and social media campaigns. Drive measurable lead-generation and nurturing strategies to support overall revenue goals. Track and report on core performance metrics, including ROI, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.

- Strong commercial mindset and proactive commercial approach.
- Ability to work alongside a Marketing Apprentice.
- Comfortable using or learning platforms such as HubSpot.
- Multi-channel marketing expertise, including SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing, is preferred.
- HubSpot proficiency is preferred.
- Sales alignment experience is preferred.
- Live events experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience within the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) sector is highly advantageous.
