Murphy is recruiting for a Business Development Coordinator to work with the Transportation Team. The role involves new business development, existing client account management, and developing strategic approaches.
What You Will Do
The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for prospecting for potential new clients, developing proposals that meet client needs, and managing existing client relationships.

Requirements
- Ideally with experience in rail, highways, or large civil engineering projects
- Experience of bid-writing/tendering
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written along with influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Experience of compiling and presenting company information to new and existing clients
- Strong IT skills including MS Office
- Full valid UK driving licence
